From physical spaces to digital experiences

My journey into digital design wasn't a straight line.

I started my education by graduating from a technical high school specialized in construction, where precision, structure and problem-solving were part of everyday life. Later, while studying Architecture, I discovered a completely different side of creativity: visual communication, design, technology and the process of turning ideas into something people can experience!

Working with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D visualisation software made me realise how much I enjoyed creating through technology. But beyond the tools themselves, I became fascinated by the thinking behind good design: how spaces, information and experiences can be structured to make people's lives easier.

Outside my studies, technology had always been a big part of my life. Since discovering Apple products at the age of 13 when I got my first iPad, I became fascinated by how thoughtful technology could improve everyday experiences. I was the person watching product launches, exploring new devices, and helping friends and family solve their annoying "This doesn't work!!!" technology moments. Well, I still am.

After moving abroad, I explored different cultures, creative fields and, let's be honest, a excessive variety of industries and jobs along the way!

From being an AuPair, to hospitality, construction, and everything in between, each experience helped me understand different environments, people and ways of working.

During that journey, I started exploring what I wanted my long-term professional path to look like. That search led me to UX design!

I found a career that combined everything I had always enjoyed: creativity, technology, problem-solving and helping people create better relationships with digital experiences.

Today, from Perth, WA, through Robledo Studio, I combine my background in design, structure and technology to create websites that help businesses around the globe to communicate who they are and connect better with the people they serve.

How I think and work

How I think and work

All of those experiences have shaped the way I approach design today.

I've always been someone who enjoys understanding how things work, organizing information and finding better ways to solve problems. I care about details (a bit too much at times). The structure of a page, the consistency of a system, the balance of a layout, a pixel out of place, and those small interactions that can make an experience feel just… right!

That's also why I chose to work independently. Digital design gives me the freedom to explore ideas, focus deeply and create the environment where I do my best work. It also means I can build genuine relationships with clients and stay closely involved from the first conversation to the finished website.

For me, good design isn't only about making something beautiful. It's about understanding what needs to be solved, making thoughtful decisions and creating something useful, clear, and built with intention… with a bit of fun along the way!

Life outside the pixels

The things that keep me inspired

When I'm not designing, I'm usually moving, listening, looking, or deciding whether it's a coffee or mate kind of moment.

Design and technology keep evolving, which is part of what makes this work interesting to me. I enjoy learning new tools, refining the way I work, and finding better ways to turn ideas into thoughtful digital experiences.
